The information provided was clear and helpful. I was informed that the salon focuses on women's hair services, and the quoted prices seemed very competitive for such a central location in Brussels. From the outside, the salon appeared welcoming and well presented, and the overall first impression was positive. Although I have not yet used the salon's services personally, I appreciate the courteous communication and the willingness to answer my questions. Good customer service often starts with the first contact, and my experience was friendly and straightforward.
